Frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum order?
No. Order for as many people as you need, even just one.
How soon will we have the garments?
For teams of up to 15 people, we send a quote within 24 hours. The garments are held in stock in Europe; with a logo, a little extra time is needed for the embroidery or print.
Can you add our logo?
Yes, embroidered or printed, even on just a few pieces.
Are the garments suitable for HACCP?
HACCP is your business's food safety system: it requires clean, suitable workwear, but it does not certify the garments themselves. Selected ID T-shirts and polo shirts have been tested by the Hohenstein institute to DIN 10524, the standard for workwear in food premises. For the kitchen we recommend jackets with few pockets that wash at high temperature.
Do they withstand industrial laundering?
ID's PRO Wear range has been tested for industrial laundering to ISO 15797: whites wash at 80 °C and colours at 60 °C. For Gary's chef jackets the temperature depends on the fabric (from 40 to 90 °C), and we advise you on which one suits your laundry.
What footwear does the kitchen need?
A closed, slip-resistant shoe or clog. Most Suecos models for food service are certified to EN ISO 20347 and have a slip-resistant sole (SR or SRC). We advise you on which suit the kitchen and which suit service.
