Frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum order?
No. Order for as many people as you need, even just one.
How soon will we have the garments?
For teams of up to 15 people, we send a quote within 24 hours. The garments are held in stock in Europe; with a logo or name, a little extra time is needed for the embroidery or print.
Can you add our logo or each person's name?
Yes. The logo and the name are embroidered or printed on the top or the coat, even on just a few pieces.
At what temperature can they be washed?
It depends on the fabric, and we tell you before you order. Gary's microfibre scrub tops and T400 stretch trousers wash at 90 °C, while the polyester-cotton twills wash at 40 °C. ID's PRO Wear CARE T-shirts and polo shirts have been tested for industrial laundering to ISO 15797: whites at 80 °C and colours at 60 °C.
Can each department have its own colour?
Yes. Gary's scrub tops come in up to 16 colours and the trousers in up to 13, so nurses, assistants and reception staff can be told apart at a glance. When a new colleague joins, you will find the same garment in the same colour.
What footwear do you recommend for long shifts?
A Suecos clog or anatomic shoe, designed for people who walk and stand all shift long. Most of its healthcare models are certified to EN ISO 20347 and have a slip-resistant sole (SR or SRC), and the Ivar+ clog can be sterilised in an autoclave at up to 134 °C.
